Help
The way of working comes first, then the charges. $129 once per project and $129 per month are fixed product prices. They are not calculated from the house.
How the work is split
The centre is the request. The owner is on the left, the contractor on the right. Payment comes after saving, not before. A registered contractor builds the system.

How payment works
The owner pays $129 once for one project. The integrator pays $129 per month. Both are paid only on the iPhone with the Apple account. The website does not take payment. Only the confirmation from the in-app purchase turns the unlock on. A switch on the website cannot do that by itself.
Early founding partners do not pay the monthly fee for the first six months. The mark sits on the profile and does not change the order.
A paid placement, if one appears later, stands apart and is labelled Sponsored.
$129 once and $129 per month are the fixed product prices. No calculation and no language model sets them.
Introduction
You read which step prepares which help. The installation stays with a registered electrical contractor. The app prepares the decision and the request.
Reference cases
Five houses sit one level under the introduction. A card can be hidden on this device and restored. A case is not a quote and not the start.
Fit
The app reads a fixed word list, not a language model, then asks only for the open point. Each comparison cell keeps its source. There is no score for a contractor.
Rooms and range
You choose functions per room. Not actuator channels and not devices from a catalogue. Good, Better, or Best sits beside the published house range. That range is not the price of this house.
Request
The request asks for a split sum, and for the project files, passwords, and admin accounts before the last payment. Writing and saving the draft is free. Exporting the PDF is part of the Project Pro Pass.
Account and sign-in
Save the website account in the app with an email and password. The website accepts only that email and password. The owner's house number stays in the account until a specific request needs it. A claimed integrator listing can show a street. The house number is not on the public directory. Search runs from 5 through 10, 20, 50, 100, and 200 up to 500 miles in the United States, or kilometres in Canada, and then stops.
Contractors and order
The order uses only distance, official rank, checked projects, and response time. A payment does not move anyone up. An unclaimed Silver entry shows no email, no phone, and no street.
Quotes
Up to three quotes are read by hardware, programming hours, installation, and commissioning with documentation. A missing promise for the project file or the admin account is marked. This comparison is part of the Project Pro Pass.
Contract and handover
A list before signature and at handover. It is part of the Project Pro Pass.

The system is built
A licensed integrator installs, programs, and hands over. X Home Easy does not describe the wiring or the dealer programming steps.
Settings
Apple sign-in on the phone is only the identity on this device. Signing out leaves the drafts here. Deleting removes the copies on this device. After payment, the unlock sits on the project, not on the Apple sign-in.
Limits
No line-voltage instructions, no electrical-panel layout, and no dealer-tool steps. In the United States and Canada that work stays with an electrician licensed for the state or province, and with an authorized integrator.
Electrical safety and limits
In the United States and Canada, line-voltage work on the premises belongs to an electrician licensed for that state or province. There is no single federal licence that replaces that check.
Low-voltage design still follows the local rule and the manufacturer. The integrator does not become the electrician because a control system is involved.
X Home Easy does not describe line-voltage wiring, electrical-panel layouts, or steps inside Composer Pro, Configure Pro, or Savant dealer tools. That work belongs to a licensed electrician or an authorized integrator.
